Thank you for shopping with Leyna Veils. We strive to provide you with high-quality hijabs and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy below for details.
Returns and Exchanges. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 5 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping fee is to be covered by customer
Shipping fee of the original order is not included in the credit
Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Leyna Veils.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team leynaveils@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. Shipping: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If they meet our return criteria, we will issue store credit to your account within 7 business days.
Store Credit Details
We do not issue store credits due to change of mind, or accidental purchases. We only issue store credits strictly for items damaged via postage.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any item available at Leyna Veils.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Cancellations
Any orders requesting for cancellation will be denied, as we strictly cannot cancel an order for any reason due to stock. This also applies for pre-orders. Pre orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
